The Pittsburgh Paints Co.’s Colors for Courage initiative aims to brighten moments, strengthen futures and create impactful colorful spaces in the lives of deserving families when they need it most. Guided by a commitment to service, Pittsburgh Paints Co. employee volunteers will put Pittsburgh Paints products and colors to work, with a special emphasis on servicing children and veterans.

At Pittsburgh Paints Co., we believe our responsibility goes far beyond the paint we provide and the surfaces we color. Colors for Courage is an opportunity for us to stand alongside families at a time when they need it most, and we’re honored to work with organizations that provide services to uplift and support children and veterans.

Color has the power to transform more than just a surface, turning ordinary environments into spaces that feel engaging and alive. Color shapes how a space feels and how people connect, influencing the way we think, experience and interact with our surroundings. Color can energize, calm, comfort or inspire, subtly guiding mood and behavior in ways we may not even realize. At its core, color is emotional and experiential, deeply tied to how we see, feel and connect with the world around us.
Through Colors for Courage, paint becomes a simple but meaningful way to bring energy, identity and a sense of care into shared spaces. Fresh color can brighten a block, make public places feel safer and more welcoming and reflect the personality and spirit of the people who use them every day. It is not just about making things look better -- it is about creating places people feel proud of, where neighbors want to spend time, connect, and belong. When we add color, we are investing in the people who live there and helping turn everyday spaces into something that feels seen, supported and alive.
